IFCN Dairy Report 2011 released 19.Oct.2011
The IFCN Dairy Report 2011 was officially released and is available now.
It contains the milk production profile for 90 countries, representing 98% of the world’s milk production. In the farm comparison 157 typical farms from 60 dairy regions in 49 countries are analysed.
The uniqueness of the IFCN concept is the standardised data collection, which makes dairy farms from all over the world comparable. This is the core activity and allows to “Create a better understanding of milk production world wide”. The knowledge created is valuable for all stakeholders in the dairy chain.
The printed version of the IFCN Dairy Report has been published at the 17th of October. Here you can download an overview of the content.
